Stretch & Tone
Affectionately nicknamed "burn" by some of our current students, this class will definitely leave you sore in a good way. Offering specific movements, exercises, and stretches designed to improve flexibility, core strength, and endurance, Stretch & Tone is a unique blend of fitness and fun. This class combines techniques and methods from dance, yoga, and gymnastics allowing students to work with their own body weight to tone and lengthen specific muscles while strengthening the entire body.
