Bellydance

     This class is designed to give students a complete overview of the foundational elements of bellydance.  This includes basic movements, some historical/cultural context, and fun choreography.  This is a multi-level class geared towards beginners with no experience, however, modifications can and will be given to more advanced students.  No shoes necessary, please wear form-fitting clothing (no you do NOT have to bare your midriff!) that you can move in, along with a water bottle.
