Take the Lead offers guidance and instruction for Yoga in several different styles. Our instructors take special consideration with every participant to ensure that everyone leaves the studio in a better state no matter what their experience level may be.
Private Yoga Lessons:
Private Yoga lessons are perfect for specialized athletes who want to up their game and for those recovering from certain injuries. Participants who invest the time into these lessons will see a greater return when compared to group classes due to the one-on-one nature of the lessons. Private Yoga Lessons allow the instructor to go much further in depth to assess individual needs and pair specific body strengthening poses to help students efficiently achieve their goals. Group Yoga Classes:
For most people, group yoga classes are the most economical way to embark on their very own path of fitness and freedom. Our classes are designed to assist all levels in achieving their goals.
